Shelly has worked as a writer and marketing coordinator, primary and high school art teacher, film production designer, project coordinator for new media exhibits, and more since the start of her career. Born in Israel, raised in Latvia, and immigrated to Canada, her multicultural background has inspired much of her wanderlust. This diverse tapestry of experiences, gathered from across continents and professions, paves the way for her latest venture — travel writing and becoming an aspiring digital nomad. Harnessing a robust skillset of content creation and personal travel experience, Shelly continues to explore and inspire others to do the same.
Education
Shelly has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in new media with a minor in psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University as well as a project management certificate from the University of Toronto. She also studied abroad for a semester at RMIT University in Ho Chi Minh City, a life-changing experience that sparked her love for travel.
